Everything at Cypress Pointe was great; they clearly gave us a unit with an exceptional view; 5th floor, could see Disney fireworks a couple nights. I was able to check in early when I arrived on the 9th, so all in all, we were very pleased.

Wow - thank you! I hadn't read emails while I was gone to help mom and dad. Dad is doing great! Surgery on Wednesday was a huge success and he remained stable the whole procedure and continues to improve each day. Would you believe that the day after a major open heart surgery they had my Dad walking the halls of ICU! Modern medicine is amazing.

We returned from the Galapagos just a week ago and the trip was fabulous!
What did we enjoy the most? Everything- but the crew on the Celebrity Expedition was the best we have ever been around in all of our cruises! Part of this was because there were less than 100 passengers, but they were superb.
This cruise was special as all of the excursions were included in the basic price. All of the drinks, beer, wine, mixed drinks, soda, and bottled water, were included in the cruise price. And they were NOT stingy in keeping them hidden, they were serving you constantly. There were over 80 DVDs that could be checked out free in the office. All snorkeling gear was provided for the entire trip. We also booked the pre-trip days and one post-trip day and these were well organized, good meals, excellent hotel accomodations, and the charter trip from Quito out to the Galapagos Islands.
Our stateroom was very adequate. True, it was small but aren't most of them! We were appreciative of the nice window, a small couch, a DVD player in the TV, and the shower actually had a door instead of one of those pesky shower curtains! There was plenty of closet space. The housekeeping staff were very attentive.
They provided two different excursions each morning and each afternoon. These were well defined at the briefing the night before. One was called a LONG WALK and the other was a SHORT WALK. The guides were so in to their job and we really enjoyed them.
The one thing that we were disappointed in was the snorkeling. Since my husband has a hard time walking, we felt that the snorkeling would make up for it. The water was so rough on the day when two trips were planned that they would not allow anyone in the water. He did go on one advanced trip which was good and then one beach trip that was murky. He felt they were a little overly cautious about letting people in the water. Also, except for the one advanced trip, they did not plan snorkeling trips-only tied to the beach walks. Hylon's comment was- I know that there are protected bays here where the snorkeling would be great (we talked to some people that had great snorkeling trips on other cruises).
The service through Gold Crown was excellent- from the booking of the trip to the documents arriving in plenty of time. We will continue to use your services.

We have just returned from our annual holiday where we stayed at Orange Lakes resort in Kissimmee and Ron Jon Caribe resort in Cape Canaveral. I would like to say how fantastic the accommodation was and how friendly the staff were. we found them very friendly and the quality of both resorts was outstanding. In terms of quality I don't think we have stayed in better hotels and in fairness we have been to may places in the world. I would also like to add that we were all very impressed by the fact that someone rang us from Gold Crown Resort on the day of Hurricane Charlie to make sure we were okay and safe. I would have expected you to have forgotten about us after the booking was made, but I was wrong, thank you for thinking of us and for steering us in the right direction to these superb hotels.
